Job description

1. To review Purchase order, Order acknowledgement& prepare Production Plan and release by the 5th of every month after Management's approval. 2. To monitor and ensure Productivity as per plan/target daily. 3. To monitor Products/Processes for Quality, Quantity Validation daily. Modify the flowchart and W.I. accordingly, if necessary. 4. To monitor Breakdown/Preventive maintenance of Machines / Equipment to avoid Production loss. 5. To do material planning, issue BOM, and monitor Purchase activities / follow up with Purchase Executive for on-time delivery of raw material. 6. To conduct training for Workers as and when necessary. 7. To inform the manpower requirement to the H.R. dept. according to Production requirements to execute the set target. 8. To coordinate with Sales for Production priority, Delivery & release Inspection plan accordingly. 9. To Plan, monitor & control overall Production activities. 10. To monitor the stock of semi-finished/Raw material every month. 11. To interact with QC and Dispatch to ensure dispatches as per plan 12. To resolve issues/Problems, if any, reported by the testing team in coordination with D&D 13. To monitor and guide Purchase/Stores activities through respective executives. To review/verify purchase orders for correctness. 14. To ensure the correct manuals are released along with the material. 15. To review QAP/Compliance documentation from the implementation point of view.

Job skills

Capable of monitoring processes and making improvements for better output. 2. Capable of maintaining production records like daily work allocation, process monitoring records, maintenance records of tools and equipment used in production, daily production quantity, etc. 3. Knowledge of raw material 4. Proficiency in basic computer applications 5. Good oral and written communication in English 6. Good speaking skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi 7. Good team player 8.
