Job description

Primarily responsible for the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and custom design projects for food machinery. 2. Draft multi-view drawings of assemblies, weldments, machined and fabricated parts, including flat developments for formed sheet metal parts. 3. Material selection for in-house and vendor applications. Ensure compliance with customers' specifications and design requirements. 4. Directing and coordinating on-site manufacturing procedures from machine shop/fabrication to quality control.  5. Generating drawing interchange files (.dxf) and supplying to the vendor for CNC laser cutting. 6. Generate assembly BOM in SolidWorks, 2D drawing or using Microsoft exel. 7. Prepared drawings, updated changes, and followed progress on the machine until completion. 8. Visit regularly to Local Vendors like raw material supplier , laser cutting and bending for job status and quality check. 9. Modify and revise designs to correct operating or to reduce production problems. 10. Ready to visit any site and related Trade fairs across India
