Maintaining documents as per SOP, Manual & Standard. Providing PPAP documents to customer. In house calibration/external Calibration status. TC verification. Sales return’s material traceability & decision Customer complaint analysis & feedback (CAPA) & effectiveness monitoring. Assuring quality to meet customer requirement Record Preventive & corrective action & Monitor effectiveness Documented process for managing calibration/verification record. Awareness on customer complaints. Documented process for review, distribute & implement customer specification Maintaining customer complaint register. Documented process to identify special characteristics. SOP for rework or disposition & record for repair Preparing PPAP documents also conducting PFMEA, PFD, MSA, GRR, SPC provide to customer if needed. Third party instrument calibration by approving quotation & maintain report with history card. Do M/C calibration by third party agency Third party plan & checking of RM and Maintaining their record. Verification with supplier TC. Updating & Maintaining customer complaint list and doing defect analysis & providing CAPA to customer. Review & monitor change management if required. Customer rejected samples to be monitored & decision to be made along with GRN/W/O Should assist quality control team if required Maintaining record as per standards without skipping any process. Should help fellow dept. when needed.
